cell phones should be banned on public transportation...

They are banned - that's what the little stickers with the crossed out cellphone is for.. No one seems to see then while shouting on the phone.
oh YOU hate public transportation...
try USING it...
then you'll really hate it.
btw the little stickers say "נא לא להשתמש בממכשירים סלולריים בקדמת האוטובוס" or something like that, just don't disturb the driver.
